The job basics:
Wednesday-Sunday schedule, mix of days & nights, with one Tuesday per month for deep clean day. Roughly 20 hours per week available now, with more hours available going into summer.
Greeting guests, taking orders, helping people navigate all the wonderful weirdness
Pouring beer, making cocktails (we’ll train you)
Running food orders, helping at the expo window
Cleaning! This includes bussing tables, taking out trash, scrubbing sinks & drains, and any little thing in between.
T E A M W O R K … seriously. Weir not above any job duty if it means helping a guest or helping each other.
The right person for the job:
✔️ Flexible availability Wednesday thru Sunday
✔️ Ability to leave your drama at home and show up with the same smile every day.
⚠️ We'd love for you to be an experienced server or bartender, but we are breaking the cycle of toxic restaurant culture so if you like the way most other restaurants run, we probably aren't for you.
✔️ Feel confident in high-volume, fast-paced, customer service work... (AKA you know how to keep your cool even when you're sweating, and you smile while doing it)
✔️Can appreciate the power of bleach and don't mind getting your hands dirty so that the place can get clean.
🛑 If you think you are over-qualified to clean toilets or feel you shouldn't "have" to, don't apply.
✔️ Physically able to lift & carry items 25-50 lbs.
✔️ Sense of humor, can laugh at yourself but never at the expense of others.
